Tomorrowland is the world in a nutshell, boasting an international line-up and attracting visitors from every continent, each of whom brings along their own flavours to DreamVille and the Holy Grounds. While melodies and rhythms form the backbone of this magical territory in the heart of Belgium, it is an epicentre for all of the senses, and taste is a very important one indeed.

Under the banner of Tastes of the World, Tomorrowland presents an excellent range of global cuisines in collaboration with both traditional and experimental chefs, which come in the form of Thai curries, Mexican tacos, Korean chicken burgers, Lebanese falafel, and much more. What is your favourite festival food? If you’re not sure yet, here’s a few suggestions of dishes in store for you this weekend…

Fast food & quick bites

• Tomorrowland Veggie Burger: to be found on many sites around the grounds, this plant-powered powerhouse is made for front-row moments: a soft bun filled with a juicy soy burger, cheddar, crisp lettuce, red onion pickles, and Tomorrowland’s signature sauce.

Peruvian food by Sara Carillo: chef Sara Carillo brings Peruvian soul straight to your hands. Whether it’s the pulled pork anticuchero taco or a butifarra turkey burger, these fiery bites pack vibrant flavor and festival-ready energy.

Tomorrowland Waffle: this butterfly-shaped waffle is a chocolate-laced tribute to joy, with the creamy sauce crafted by Belgian star chef Roger Van Damme. Made for the dancefloor, this iconic treat is pure sweetness on the go.

Slow food & soul nourishment

• Mussels by Bacchus: from their harbour in Antwerp to the shores of Tomorrowland’s Papillon area, Bistr’eau Bacchus sails in with Belgian-French seafood finesse. Settle in and enjoy steaming mussels served with golden fries. Hospitality, heritage and harmony – this is slow food with soul. 
• Belgian Classics: a year-round restaurant nestled in the heart of the Holy Grounds, the Belgian Classics brasserie invites you to a relaxed three-course dinner. Start with a croquette of spicy ‘Antwerps Pikantje’ cheese, savor a perfectly balanced steak tartare, and dive into a heartwarming vol-au-vent or stew – served with a cold Tripel Karmeliet or Leffe Blond. This is Belgium, plated to perfection. 
• Into the fires of Brasa: when your heart craves some warmth, let the flames do the talking. At Brasa, premium rib of ‘Belgisch witblauw’ cattle is grilled over the open Ofyr fire, paired with vibrant sides like lentil salad, roasted carrots with gremolata, or creamy polenta with celeriac and berries. With a view of the lake and the fire as your rhythm, you’ll taste the primal pulse of the festival in every bite.

Indian Rolls – India

​Savory, delicately spiced rolls, inspired by the incredibly rich cuisine of South Asia’s largest country, are the perfect pre-dancefloor snack.

Think curried vegetables or butter paneer chicken in a portable, wrap‑style format. Combined with chutney and pickled chillies, these rolls might even serve as a full meal for those wanting to stay fiery and avoid after-dinner dips.

Tacos – Mexico 

​Deeply ingrained in Mexican culture, tacos are enjoyed by all social classes and found everywhere from street food stalls to restaurants.

Available fillings include seasoned meats first and foremost, but you can also enjoy vegetables, cheese, and various toppings like salsa, guacamole, or sour cream. Proper tacos, like the ones served at Tomorrowland, make for great dancefloor fuel.

Falafel – Lebanon

​The history of this popular vegetarian dish is said to date back to Pharoaic Egypt. While in the land of the river Nile, falafel is usually made of fava beans, it is usually chickpeas that form the basis of the crispy delicacy elsewhere in the Middle East.

Falafel typically comes with fresh salad and a choice of sauces, including garlic and chilli. Why not sample some at one of the many stands across Tomorrowland?

Empañadas – Argentina

​These stuffed pastries are popular across the Spanish-speaking world, including Argentina, the Phillippines, and Spain. Popular fillings include meat, cheese, and vegetables. Portable and flavourful, empañadas are popular as snacks, appetizers, or meals, which of course makes them ideal festival fare.

Chicken Burger – Korea

​Topped with zesty sriracha mayo and rich gochujang for a flavour-packed delight, a Korean chicken burger combines crispy fried chicken with bold, spicy-sweet elements. As such, it delivers a perfect balance of heat, tang, and crunch. Served on a soft brioche or sesame bun, this really is a standout in fast-casual dining – a burger that just feels fresh.

Skewer Buns – Vietnam 

These delicious sandwiches come with meat, fish, or vegetables which are cooked on a skewer and then placed inside a bun with toppings. If that sounds like something different, it’s because it is. Find a stand that sells them to experience that distinct holiday flavour, especially when combined with Vietnam-style lemongrass.

Local Fruit – Belgium

​Using local ingredients is good for the planet – this much we all know. So this year at DreamVille, you can find all-new fruit stands: little markets that sell a selection of soft fruits such as berries as well as hard fruits such as apples and pears, just like the local grocer would have done in grandma’s days. An ideal way to get your vitamins while sampling local culture!

Dim Sums – China

The term ‘dim sums’ refers to a variety of small Chinese dishes traditionally enjoyed for brunch in restaurants, but there is no reason why they shouldn’t be eaten at an electronic music festival!

While most modern dim sum dishes are associated with Cantonese cooking, dim sum also exists in other Chinese cuisines. Dim sum dishes championed by Tomorrowland include dumplings with various fillings, bao buns, barbecued pork, and steamed radish or turnip cakes with pork and dried shrimp.

Those who like to post their eats on their socials will love the fact that many items are photogenically wrapped in rice paper rolls or tofu skins. Chinese cuisine, in other words, comes in as many delicious forms as the musical programming of Tomorrowland!

Chef Pam’s streetfood – Thailand 

​Tastes of the World collaborator Chef Pam was named ‘The World's Best Female Chef 2025' only a few months ago. Uniquely, the highly-acclaimed chef divides her time and energy between high end and casual food.

Pam is passionate about everything she does, which is why she was the ideal candidate to create an excellent range of streetfood offerings for Tomorrowland. After winning her Best Female Chef award, Pam wonderfully explained how she felt about being an ambassador for her country: “As a Thai, I feel proud that I'm able to bring Thai food to the world stage. I hope to take true Thai flavours around the world with me, and not just the common dishes.”
